How long does it take after a referral is submitted for a user to get a coach?

Once you’ve completed your registration and downloaded the Brain in Hand app, you’ll be ready to start using Brain in Hand. 

We’ll review your account and give you access to book your coaching session, usually within one working day. 

You can book your coaching session through the app. The booking system will show all available slots with our coaches, and you can pick a time and date that suits you. We’ll confirm your booking with the coach. 

You’ll receive an automated booking confirmation email from Microsoft and an email from Brain in Hand with details on what to expect from your first coaching session. 

Once you have booked your session, the profile of your Coach will be available to view on the ‘Home’ page under ’Book a Coaching Session’ within one working day. 

If you haven’t booked your first session within a week, our friendly customer support team will get in touch to offer help with the next steps. 

We encourage you to book your next session whilst in the session with your Coach.
