In most cases, yes. Brain in Hand users will need their own email address.
In exceptional cases, it may be appropriate to use someone else’s email address instead, for example, an email address belonging to a parent.
We’d need verbal consent from the user, which is normally given during a phone call with our customer support team.
It’s important to note that in these cases, requests to reset the user’s password would go to this email address, so the user wouldn't be able to log back in again without that person’s assistance.
