Brain in Hand brings together digital self-management and human support.
There are three parts to the system.
1. One-to-one coaching
We’ll connect you with a personal coach for one-to-one coaching sessions to help you get the most out of Brain in Hand.
You control the sessions – it’s up to you how fast or slow the session goes, when you want to take breaks, and whether you want your camera on or off.
We won’t tell you what to do. We’ll listen and help you find solutions to your difficulties.
2. The app and the website
The app and the website will help you organise your day and build strategies for when things get tough.
Use the app to find solutions to immediate challenges and reflect on how you're doing. Use the website to break down challenges into simpler steps.
3. On-demand support
If things feel too hard to manage at times, it’s OK. You can let a responder know that you need help. They’ll get in touch by phone, text, or email and help you.
