Our Brain in Hand coaches are experienced professionals from a range of backgrounds including autism, neurodiversity and mental health support.
They're friendly and non-judgemental, they appreciate that everyone is unique, and they value what you have to say. They're here to put you at ease and help you get the most out of Brain in Hand.
Once you've got your licence, you'll get a welcome email containing information about what to expect from your first coaching session, along with a link to the booking system.
When you follow the link, you'll be able to see all the available slots across all our coaches. You can choose a time and date that suits you and we'll confirm that with the coach. After the first coaching session, your coach will communicate directly with you about booking future sessions.
You can read more about your specific coach in your Brain in Hand account using the web app. Go to 'Manage account' then 'Specialist sessions'.
There's also more information about what to expect from your coach in the working together document.
