The price on my Access to Work letter is different from the price on my invoice. Why?

Modified on Tue, 18 Mar at 12:59 PM

This may happen due to several factors, but most commonly this happens when the organisation or individual who conducted your needs assessment did not use our most up-to-date pricing for Brain in Hand.

If you'd like, you can email the funding letter to support@braininhand.co.uk and we can check the price that was quoted.

Alternatively, you can return to your needs assessor or Access to Work and provide them with the current Brain in Hand pricing (as per this quote: bih-quote.pdf) with a request to update your funding entitlement letter. This would be known as a Change of Circumstances.
