How do I cancel or reschedule a personal coaching session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you can either contact your coach directly, or you can use the 'Reschedule' link in your booking receipt email.


You can also contact us on 01392 247909 or email bihcoaching@braininhand.co.uk if you prefer.


Giving us notice

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session and that it can happen at short notice. We just ask you to please give us as much notice as you can, ideally more than 24 hours.


This is because our coaches need to be able to manage their work diaries and we'll offer a slot that you can no longer attend to other Brain in Hand users.


Repeated cancellations

The service is designed to be as useful to you in your everyday life as possible. While plans change and sometimes you can't avoid cancelling or rescheduling, repeated cancellations over a short period of time may mean we'll discuss your needs with you, to make sure Brain in Hand is a good fit.
