Your initial coaching session will be up to 1 hour long. It’s a chance to get to know your coach, go through some Brain in Hand basics, and of course, to discuss what you'd like to achieve.
Remember that this session is for you, so it’s up to you what you’re comfortable discussing, the pace of work and when to take breaks.
Along with your coach, you'll run through your goals, strengths, likes and dislikes, and how you can use Brain in Hand to help you deal with the areas of life that you find difficult.
You may have already prepared by filling in section 1 'All about me' of the handbook. But don't worry if you haven't – your coach will work through it with you (if you're happy for them to do so).
You'll also spend some time getting to know the functionality of the app and establishing how you'd like to work together in future.
