Our Brain in Hand coaches are experienced professionals who’ll work alongside you to help you get the best from Brain in Hand, and from yourself.

They’ve worked with people from all backgrounds, they're friendly and non-judgemental, and they appreciate that everyone is unique. They value what you have to say, they’re interested in what you need, and they're here to put you at ease.

Once you’ve got your Brain in Hand licence, you’ll be able to book your first coaching session from within the app. You'll get a welcome email containing information about what to expect from your first coaching session.

When you follow the link, you'll be able to see all the available slots across all our coaches. You can choose a time and date that suits you and we'll confirm that with the coach. After the first coaching session, the coach will communicate directly with you about booking future sessions.
