Your Brain in Hand coach will work alongside you, listening without judgement, focussing on what matters to you and creating a space where you can feel comfortable and supported.
All coaches either hold or are working towards an ILM Qualification in 'Effective Coaching and Mentoring', ensuring evidence-based, ethical practice. Each coach has at least two years' experience supporting neurodivergent individuals or those with mental health needs, with background including mental health services, autism and ADHD support services, specialist teaching, mentoring and speech and language therapy.
You can read more about your specific coach in your Brain in Hand account using the app or web app. In the app go to ‘coaching’ in the account menu. In the web app, go to 'Manage account' then 'Specialist sessions'.
