We want Brain in Hand to work well for all users, and for everyone to have fair and equal access to the resources we offer. For that reason, we monitor usage of the features to understand how users are interacting with them.
How often can I have a coaching session?
You can have up to one coaching session per month while your licence is active, you may have extra sessions during your first few months with Brain in Hand to help get you started.
How should I use my coaching sessions?
Brain in Hand is designed to help you become more independent. Coaching sessions allow you and your coach to check in, talk through any recent/current challenges and update your app content. They are not designed to be the first place you reach out to for every problem. Try using your Brain in Hand tools first, like the solution packs and the strategies you've already built up.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
We understand that there may be the odd occasion where a session may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. To ensure our coaches have maximum availability to our users, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your session.
How do I cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
If you book sessions more frequently then we would typically expect or cancel repeatedly, we may contact you to understand the reasons and explore your needs. In some cases, Brain in Hand may not be the right fit, and we'll help you to consider other options.
