What are the guidelines for interacting with the Brain in Hand team?

Modified on Wed, 20 Mar at 9:37 AM

All of our Brain in Hand staff are here to help, whether it's your personal coach, the people who respond to your requests for on-demand support or the team members who receive and deal with your enquiries and feedback.

We'll always be professional and courteous with you and we'll always try our best to help you, whatever kind of difficulty you're experiencing.

All we ask is that you treat our staff members with respect too. We understand that some situations can be worrying or annoying, but our team members deserve to be protected from abuse. If that happens, we'll need to review whether Brain in Hand is the right solution for you.

The calmer and more constructive a conversation is, the better we'll be able to help.
