Why can’t I sign in?

If you're having trouble signing in there are a few things to check before getting in touch.


First, make sure you're using the correct email and password and that both are spelled correctly (you can use the eye symbol on the password field to check).


If you enter the wrong details five times, we'll temporarily lock your account. After 30 minutes you'll be able to try again.


You can reset your password if you know you've forgotten it.


If you still can't sign in and you feel sure that you're entering the correct details, you can use the 'Contact us' button in the help centre to ask for technical help. Remember to give us a summary of the problem.
