Why isn’t my app working?

If your app isn't working as normal, first try signing out, then sign back in again.

 

If that doesn't fix the issue, it's a good idea to try reinstalling the app using either Apple's App Store or Google Play. This ensures a clean install and often resolves any glitches or performance issues.

 

If you're still having problems, you should use the 'Contact us' button in the help centre to ask for technical help. Remember to give us a summary of the problem.
