What are solution packs, and how can they help me?

Modified on Tue, 18 Aug at 4:36 PM

Solution packs give you quick access to practical strategies that help you handle situations that matter to you. You can use the packs we provide, create your own, or mix both to build support that feels personal and useful. They help you find the right ideas at the right time, so you can manage your day with more confidence.

What can I do with solution packs?

You can use solution packs in ways that fit your routine and needs. You can:

Where can I find solution packs?

You can find solution packs in the solutions library, which sits in the main navigation bar, is labelled ‘Solutions’ and has a lightbulb icon. The library lets you browse and search all solutions and solution packs in one place and also create new ones. For more details on how to use it, see How do I use the solutions library?

What kinds of solution packs can I use?

We provide ready-made solution packs that cover challenges many people experience. These include everyday tasks, such as shopping or travelling, and emotional situations, such as feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Each pack offers ideas you can try straight away.

If you want to build something personal, you can create your own solutions and combine them into custom packs. You can also mix your own solutions with the ready-made ones, so you always have content that meets your needs. For more information about creating your own solutions see How do I create my own solution packs?

How can solution packs support me over time?

As you use Brain in Hand, you’ll start to notice which ideas help you most. You can then add your own solutions, build packs around different situations, and keep refining what you use. Over time, you create a set of practical strategies that support you whenever you need them.

Solution packs help you remember what works, repeat it, and approach challenges with more confidence each time.
