How do I add a solution pack to an event?

Adding a Solution pack to an event helps you keep everything helpful and relevant in one place for that specific time.


To add a Solution pack to an event:

  1. Open the event in your calendar.
  2. Use the ‘Add’ button next to the ‘Solution packs’ heading.
  3. Choose an existing pack or create a new one.


If you want to use an existing solution pack, start typing its title. A list will appear. Select the one you want, then choose ‘Add’ to attach it to your event.


If you want to make a new pack, give it a short title that makes sense to you, then select ‘Create new pack’.

Some changes we’ve made 

If you’ve had Brain in Hand since before November 2025 you will also see the option to add ‘problems’ to your events. You may also have already created some. Solution packs are designed to replace 'problems', making it easier to build content that you can use again and again. Don’t worry if you already problems set up in your events – you’ll still be able to find and use them.
