Where to find it

  3. Tap Videos & Live Events.
  4. Choose Upcoming to browse and book live sessions, or Watch Now to view recordings from previous events.

What's available

Start Together sessions are designed for users who are new to Brain in Hand. Through an interactive real-life scenario, our coaches demonstrate how Brain in Hand can support everyday challenges, explore strategies shared by attendees and show how these can be captured within the app. It's a practical introduction to both the app and our coaching approach, with the opportunity to ask questions through the live chat.

Let's Talk About... sessions are 30-minute conversations between two experienced Brain in Hand coaches. Each session explores a common challenge, such as perfectionism, burnout or managing overwhelm, with coaches sharing practical tools, techniques and different perspectives that users can apply in their own lives. Sessions finish with a live Q&A.

Ask a Coach sessions focus on a real-life scenario that many people can relate to. One of our experienced coaches explores the challenge, shares practical coaching techniques and answers questions from attendees, helping turn one person's experience into learning that others can benefit from.

Focusing Together provides a quiet, supportive space to make progress on something you've been meaning to get to. Whether you're clearing emails, working on a project, studying or tackling your to-do list, you can work at your own pace alongside other Brain in Hand users. Cameras and microphones remain off, the live chat is optional, and you're free to join or leave at any time.

The Watch Now library contains recordings of previous learning events, so you can catch up whenever it suits you. Please note that Focusing Together sessions are not recorded
