You can cancel Brain in Hand within 14 days of placing your order and receive a full refund if:
you bought Brain in Hand yourself (or someone else bought an individual subscription for you, for example, through Access to Work or Disabled Students’ Allowances)
you haven’t activated and logged in to your account yet
you haven’t received any personal coaching sessions
