Your timeline is there to help you reflect on how you’ve been using Brain in Hand so far, and what content has been useful to you.
You can then update your Brain in Hand website as you identify new areas or goals to work on.
You can access your timeline through the website or the app and you’ll be able to see a history of your app activity. This includes solutions you've used, how many times you’ve used the traffic lights and diary events that you've marked as ‘Done’.
You can also leave comments on your timeline to record information about what you pressed and why.
