Why do you ask questions about equality, diversity and inclusion?

We ask questions about equality, diversity and inclusion because it's important for us to understand the community we're serving with Brain in Hand.

We know that users in some groups are less likely to get the support they need, and it's important that we’re able to reach these underrepresented groups.

Asking these types of questions helps us to understand how well we're doing and where we can improve.
