How do I report a bug?

If you've noticed a technical issue, either with the mobile app or the website, it's easy to let us know about it.

You can use the 'Contact us' button to report it. You'll then be asked to select whether you’d like to report an issue with the mobile app or the website.

We want to make sure that any bugs are dealt with quickly so they don't affect any other users. Remember to give us a brief description of the problem, explaining what you were trying to do and what actually happened.
