How do I make a complaint?

We hope you won’t need to make a complaint about Brain in Hand, but if you do, it’s easy to get in touch. 


  • You can call our customer support team on 01392 247909 and select option 1.  
  • If you’d rather send us a message, get in touch by selecting the 'Contact us' button on this website.

 

It’s important to make your complaint within eight weeks of first experiencing the problem. 


When you contact us, explain the problem as clearly as possible. If you’ve already tried to fix the problem yourself, tell us about that too.


We take all complaints seriously – we’ll investigate the problem thoroughly for you, and we’ll do it as quickly as we can. There’s more information about how long it takes to resolve a complaint in our complaints policy.
