If you have been using the app since before November 2025, you’ll notice a few changes that help you get more from your solution packs and keep everything in the right place.
You still have access to all your personal content. Nothing has been removed from your account, and you can continue to use your unplanned events, problems, and solutions just as you always have.
Why has unplanned moved?
We moved unplanned to make it easier for you to use your solution packs. Solution packs are now more flexible and reusable than ever, and placing them at the heart of your app helps you reach the right support at the right time. By keeping everything together, you can build habits more easily and make the most of what works for you.
Where can I find my unplanned events now?
Your unplanned events have moved from the bottom tab to the account menu. You can find this in:
- the top left corner of the home screen on Android
- the top right corner of the home screen on iPhone and iPad
All the unplanned events you have added are still there, ready for you to use whenever you need them.
Where can I find the problems I added to events?
Any problems you added to your diary events are still exactly where you left them. You can open an event in your diary to see the problem you added and any linked solutions. Nothing has changed about how these appear or how you use them.
Where can I find all my solutions and packs?
The bottom navigation tab is now called ‘Solutions’. This is your new home for everything solution-related. You can see:
- all your solution packs
- any solutions you have created yourself
- the ready-made packs and solutions created by Brain in Hand
Solutions you created inside problems in events, activities, or unplanned events stay in those places and won’t appear in the solutions library. Only solutions created using the new method will show in the library.
You can search, edit, and create new solutions right from this section. To learn more, see ‘How do I use the solutions library?’.
If you want to start building your own personalised packs, read ‘How do I create my own solution packs?’.
