How do I add problems and solutions in the mobile app?

You can use the mobile app to add problems and solutions to your events, both planned and unplanned (including events that you've added from an external calendar)


When you select an event, you'll see the screen below. If there are no problems associated with this event yet, you'll see a prompt to add one.


  • For Android users, select the 'plus' sign. For iOS users the button is marked 'Add +'.
  • On the next screen, enter a brief description of the problem you're adding.
  • Once you've done that, you'll see the problem has now been added to your event.
  • From here, you can either add further problems, or select the one you just added so you can also add solutions.


Adding solutions is a similar process, except that along with adding a description, you can choose to associate helpful content with your solution, such as maps, music or videos. You can also add a URL, email address or phone number to call or message.


Removing problems and solutions within the app

If you find you need to change a problem or solution, you'll need to delete it and then re-enter it. To delete a problem or solution, press and hold it - you'll then see an option to delete.


In future releases, we'll be adding the ability to edit problems and solutions more easily.
