When and why will unplanned be moved to a different section?

We’re making changes to help you get more out of your solution packs and keep everything in the right place.

Soon, you’ll find ‘unplanned events’ in a new location. Instead of being on the bottom tab of the app, it will move to the account menu. This is in the top left corner on Android, and the top right corner of the home screen on iPhone and iPad.

At the same time, we’ll update the bottom navigation tab to say ‘Solutions’. This new section will contain all your solution packs, including ones you’ve made yourself and ones created by Brain in Hand. You’ll be able to search, edit, and create new solutions right from this section.

We’ve made this change because solution packs are now more flexible and reusable than ever. By making it easier to find and use them, we hope you’ll get even more value from your support tools.

If you already have unplanned events saved, don’t worry – you won’t lose them. You’ll still be able to find them in the account menu.
