What should I expect from my initial coaching session?

Coaching is a collaborative process between you and your coach, designed to empower you to reflect on your personal experiences, identify strategies that work for you, and take purposeful steps toward achieving your goals.


Your first coaching session is an opportunity to:

  • Get to know your coach
  • Explore some Brain in Hand basics
  • Discuss what you’d like to achieve


The session is booked for an hour, but if you’d prefer a shorter meeting, just let your coach know — your comfort is our priority.


Your Session, Your Way

Remember, this session is for you. That means:

  • You choose what you're comfortable discussing
  • You set the pace
  • You can take breaks whenever you need


Coaching works best when it’s shaped around your needs. Your coach is here to support you every step of the way.
