Can I choose someone I know to help me use Brain in Hand?

Yes. If you'd like to choose someone you know to help you with Brain in Hand, you can. A person in this role is called a 'supporter' and they can help with any part of using Brain in Hand that you don't feel confident doing on your own.

How much support this person gives you, and what kind of support you want, will depend on your own needs and preferences, but here are some examples of the ways they might help.

  • Being a contact if we’re having difficulty reaching you.
  • Attending coaching sessions with you, if you want them to.
  • Helping with renewing your Brain in Hand account, including payment and invoicing support.
  • Helping you to understand the terms and conditions.

In most cases supporters will be cc'd into emails that we send to you.

Supporters may also request basic information related to your account, such as the end date of your licence, the date of your next session, or updates to your contact information.

Any information given to your Supporter would only be for the purpose of helping you to manage your subscription. They won't see the content in your Brain in Hand account, unless you allow them to.
