To use and update the Brain in Hand app you’ll need to access the internet from your device, either through Wi-Fi or 3G/4G (cellular data).
We estimate that Brain in Hand uses approximately 2MB of cellular data a month.
You can use all the features of the Brain in Hand app when you’re not connected to the internet, except the traffic lights, and requests for on-demand support. If you need to request on-demand support, or you want to use the traffic lights to request help, you must be connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G cellular data).
If you press the traffic lights while you’re offline to record how you’re feeling, you’ll see a message telling you you’re not connected. Once you’ve reconnected, your offline traffic lights activity will show on your timeline.
