You can use the steps below to update your preferred contact method for on-demand support. This won't affect how we contact you for other purposes, such as managing your account, licence, or providing technical support if needed:
In the Android mobile app:
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
- Select Settings
- In the On-demand Support section, tap Contact method and choose Phone or Text Message
In the iOS mobile app:
- Tap the Account icon (top right) to open the Account menu
- Select Settings
- Tap Contact method and choose Phone or Text Message
In the web app:
- Tap the Account icon (top right), then select Manage Account
- In the Account Details tab, go to the Account Details section
- Update your Preferred contact method when you press red (or amber three times) on your traffic lights
