What is on-demand support?

Brain in Hand’s on-demand support service helps you to get your day back on track when things are difficult by allowing you to request a phone call, email or text message from someone at Brain in Hand (known as a ‘responder’). 


Our responders won’t tell you what to do – they’ll help you work out for yourself how to solve a problem. They’ll talk through what you’re finding difficult and help you to think about the solutions you might be able to use. 


If you prefer, you can set up someone you know and trust to respond to your requests for on-demand support instead. This is known as a ‘personal responder’.
